As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher in Illinois and California, I founded Sage Willow to provide a holistic experience through therapeutic services-- promoting individual wellness through the use of expressive arts, cognitive-behavioral techniques, yoga and mindfulness practices to facilitate restoration and life satisfaction for children, adolescents and adults. Sage Willow offers an array of opportunities that include individual counseling, group therapy, expressive art workshops, art parties, event hosting as well as professional training.

Current, featured services include the Girls Art Therapy Group on Monday evenings in Evanston. In addition, a Mommy Baby/Child Meet-up Yoga Group is being offered in Evanston.
Two recent successful events, including the Jung at Art professional training and art experimentation workshop, as well as participation in the Evanston Open Studios art and gallery walk, each took place recently. It was an honor to affiliate with such wonderful community programs! These incredible experiences have sparked my interest in expanding my knowledge and continuing to provide therapeutic and educational services in addition to handmade art.
